Marina 27 Large Group Agreement
Any group size 12 or over, will require a $25 per person deposit. This payment must be collected no later than 72 hours prior to your event. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit will be returned to you the following business day, as long as these requirements are met:
- A final head count for your party is required 72 hours prior to the event. You can NOT add seats after that, without consent of Marina 27 management.
- Should you bring your own dessert, there is a $2.00 per person charge. This charge will be added to the bill of the host of the event. (The reservation name)
- Any outside wine brought to the restaurant has a corking fee of $25 per bottle.
- No contracts for entertainment shall be entered without prior approval from management
- No decorations permitted without prior approval of management.
- In order to accommodate your group in the best possible manner, it is important that you arrive on time. All members must be present, within 15 minutes of your reservation time.
- Ceremonies of any kind warrant a $500 fee.
- There will be an 18% automatic gratuity added to check(s) and 7.6% sales tax. When possible, it is extremely helpful for the server to have one check at the table, or if some are able to “group up” to pay together, it makes checking out a much smoother process. The success of your party is important to us, and we look forward to serving you!
Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice.
Hot crab and artichoke dip with fresh corn tortillas-
Crab, parmesan, artichoke hearts, finished with almonds. Served by the “batch”. One full batch serves 20-25 people.
Deep fried calamari with roasted tomato marinara. Served “per piece”. $3.50/per piece.
Prepared with jumbo lump crab with dill caper sauce. Served “per piece”. $4.50/per piece.
Jumbo Shrimp with House Made Cocktail Sauce-Served “per piece”. $3.50/per piece.
Bacon Wrapped Scallops-
Wrapped in apple-wood smoked bacon with an orange-soy glaze. Served “per piece”. $3.50/per piece.
Bacon Wrapped Peppadews-
African sweet peppers, filled with shrimp stuffing, wrapped in garlic, pepper bacon.. Served “per piece”. $3.50/per piece.
Deep fried, grilled & dipped in a sweet & spicy sauce. Served “per piece”. $3.50/per piece.
Baby Back Ribs-
Slow smoked pork ribs dipped in our famous glaze
Baked Brie Cheese-
Large brie wrapped in phyllo, glazed with brown sugar & pecans, baked and served with lavash crackers & seasonal fruit
