The talented Brett Blakemore is back! 

Emma is a Kansas City singer/songwriter.  Raised in Kansas City by a mother who loved country music and a father who lived for rock & roll, Emma Jo has chased music since childhood, from an Esteban guitar ordered off late-night TV, to her first acoustic album at fifteen, to her triumphant return with Brave in 2018 after the tragic loss of her father. As Pitch KC described her, she’s “a love child between Bruce Springsteen and Shania Twain… centered around moving on from tragedy and toxicity.”  That combination of grit and glamour has earned her accolades including Best Singer – Missouri’s Best 2025, Best of 2024 – The Bash, and Best New Album – Missouri’s Best 2024. Now, with new songs, a fresh wave of shows, and the recent Light the Way Tour through Massachusetts and New York with fellow singer-songwriter Juliet Hawkins, Emma Jo is carrying her brand of glam-cowgirl Americana further than ever.
