Violinist Carmen Aguilar a native of Kansas City, grew up playing piano, violin, flute, and guitar. Though early on she primarily studied classical music, she has performed many genres of music, including pop, rock, jazz, sacred, funk, ambient and musical theater. She has performed with local groups, like Quixotic Cirque Nouveau, Making Movies, My Brothers and Sisters, and Calvin Arsenia, as well as internationally recognized groups such as Evanescence, Lindsey Stirling, 2 Cellos, and TransSiberian Orchestra.

She maintains a teaching studio, teaches orchestra at various schools, and performs at area churches and synagogues regularly as a violinist, accompanist, and vocalist.

Drew Six is a Kansas City–based country-rock artist known for his commanding stage presence and ability to connect with any audience. Blending heartland storytelling with rock ’n’ roll swagger, his sound draws comparisons to artists like Mellencamp, Springsteen, and Seger.

Marina 27 welcomes Miss Emma Jo! Emma is a Kansas City singer/songwriter.  Raised in Kansas City by a mother who loved country music and a father who lived for rock & roll, Emma Jo has chased music since childhood, from an Esteban guitar ordered off late-night TV, to her first acoustic album at fifteen, to her triumphant return with Brave in 2018 after the tragic loss of her father. As Pitch KC described her, she’s “a love child between Bruce Springsteen and Shania Twain… centered around moving on from tragedy and toxicity.”  That combination of grit and glamour has earned her accolades including Best Singer – Missouri’s Best 2025, Best of 2024 – The Bash, and Best New Album – Missouri’s Best 2024. She was in the Broadway casts of in Mean Girls, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, Motown the Musical, as well as Off-Broadway in Clueless the Musical. Talya has been featured in many regional theater productions throughout the United States, and has performed all over the world as a lead vocalist for Norwegian Cruise Line! Currently you can catch her singing regularly in Kansas City with her band at venues like 1587 Prime, The Phoenix, and Night Hawk.
